Arizona Realtors
Health coverage for real estate agents
Most agents are independent contractors, so there is no employer plan to join. We will do the research for you with one call or email.
- Self-employed options
- One call or email
- No fee for our help
Without a brokerage health plan, you choose and pay for coverage yourself. Group Plans has helped Arizona agents sort through those choices since 1977. Our agents are independent, so we compare carriers rather than sell one company's plans.
Our help costs you nothing. The insurance companies we represent pay us, and your premium is the same as if you enrolled on your own.
Options we compare
Individual and family plans
Most self-employed agents buy a Marketplace plan. A premium tax credit can lower the monthly cost, based on household income.
Group plans for a team
If your team or brokerage wants to offer benefits, we compare small-group plans for any size.
Short-term medical
Can cover a gap between plans. It is not Marketplace coverage, and it usually does not cover pre-existing conditions.
Dental and vision
Stand-alone plans you can add to any health plan.
Life insurance
Protects the income your family relies on, including commissions.
Before you call
A rough picture is enough. Exact figures can wait until the appointment.
- How many people need coverage
- An estimate of this year's household income. Commission income varies, so a best guess is fine.
- Doctors and clinics you want to keep
- Prescriptions you take now
